and post on your refrigerator for your convenience. For
security, you will need to request the Kreek Kids User
ID and password to access online scheduling and data
information.

1)
Read Top 10 Greeter Tips
WEEKLY ~ There are at least 10 different and simple
safety basics that need to be implemented weekly. By reading
tips upon your arrival, you won't miss a single safety
step!
2) 3-5 Year Olds Check-In ~ Please assign pagers to families with
3 & 4
year olds who are not potty trained or are new to AC3 and may be
insecure. Use pagers 11,12, 14 & 15. Depending on staffing, 3 year olds
may be asked to be checked into the nursery. 3)
PreK
through 5th Grades ~ Remind
parents to sign each child in completely. Upon pick up,
have parent go directly to their child's classroom and give the
Check Out Teacher their pick up slip to release child. This increases security and helps
parents and teachers connect.

Please use
GREEN
Sign-In Clipboard for Saturday night nursery and use the YELLOW
Sign-In Clipboard for Sunday morning services. They are color
coded to help make attendance keeping easier. (Check
wall by cubbies for correct clipboard to use.)
2) After
10:30 service, please discard garbage bag in outside
dumpster if soiled diapers are in it. Keep our nursery
smelling sweet! |

sheets and crayons for your older and creative children are in
one of the counter drawers marked crayons:) The nursery may be opened to 3 year olds during
all service times, depending on staffing in Education Center.

Time
Out for Parents (AC3's 6 week parenting class) will
be held in November this year. We are looking forward to what
Jenny and her team has planned for the parents in 2008! Each parenting
series has been a great success and we are looking to build
teams of childcare providers to do a great job in serving their
children.

Adventure Club is open 4 year olds through 5th grade and the
nursery is open for infants through 3 years old. Older students may attend as
