Sole Sisters If you think physical exercise is fun (at least most of the time) then you just may be a Sole Sister! Why not join us on a Sunday afternoon bike ride (followed by a latte'), a weekly jogging session, a rollerblade outing and even an occasional swim? 

Grab a friend or two and join us as we engage in a variety of fitness levels and activities throughout the year.
